Interviewing

Our process

We value transparency and thoughtful evaluation. During the interview process, candidates may be asked to bring a live model to demonstrate cutting and styling techniques and walk us through a pre-prepared color formulation and application.

This allows us to understand your technical skill, creative process, and approach to client care.
